I Will Give You Rest: a 7-week series on the Biblical theme of rest.

The series title comes from Matthew 11:28: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We are living in a restless, hurried, and exhausting world. We are all longing for rest, yet somehow it seems elusive. Why? When Jesus offers rest in Matthew 11:28, what does he mean? How can we get that rest into our bodies?
