Pastors & Elders

Josh Fairbaugh, Lead Pastor

Josh has been part of the elder team at Redeemer since its inception in 2018. His primary responsibilities at Redeemer include preaching, leading the Elder Team, and shepherding Community Groups. Josh graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and was previously the Connections Pastor at Carmel Baptist Church. Josh is married to Kristen, and they have four sons: Judah, Theo, Knox, and Jack.

Lem LeRoy, Pastor

Lem has been part of the elder team at Redeemer since its inception in 2018. His primary responsibilities at Redeemer include writing and leading the liturgy, pastoral care, and leadership. Previously, he served for 17 years as the Worship Pastor at Carmel Baptist Church. He is married to Ellen and they have three children: Kate, Meredith, and Owen.

Jim Bailer, Elder

Jim has been part of the Redeemer community since 2018 and he joined the Elder Team in 2020. Besides serving as an elder, he leads Redeemer’s Mission Team and a Redeemer Community Group. Jim is married to Caroline and they have three adult children: Matt, Anna, and Rachel.

Jeremy Mancini, Pastoral Resident

Jeremy and Leah Mancini began attending Redeemer in 2019 and were both members of the Launch Team. They were married in September of 2019 and have two children, Judah and Micah. Jeremy graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2023 and is serving primarily in Community Engagement.

John Blumenstein, Elder

John Blumenstein joined the Redeemer family in 2022 and joined the Elder Team in 2024. In addition to being an elder, he serves in Redeemer Kids, the Shepherding Team, and the Teach Team. John is married to Sarah and they have five children and 16 grandchildren who are scattered between New York, Michigan, and the Carolinas.
